Porto Laiya - LOCATION
The Porto Laiya is located in Brgy. Laiya Ibabao, San Juan, Batangas. The town of San Juan is the southeastern most tip town of Batangas which has its borders to the east and south by Tayabas Bay, to the north is the progressive town of Candelaria (Quezon province), while it’s western border is occupied by the two Batangas towns, namely, Lobo and Rosario.
The property is just 134km away from Makati via SLEX, STAR Tollways, and through Lipa City, that’s a mere 3-hour drive while you enjoy the stunning Batangas landscape along the way.
