The gate is secured round-the-clock by responsible personnel to ensure the safety of residents and their properties. The majestically landscaped entrance of the gate is well-designed and epitomizes an entrance to a wonderland.

The property has wide and smooth concrete roads and gutters. The community has an efficient underground drainage system separating rainwater from the wastewater. The site has a water tank and an efficient water distributing system, and strong and higher electrical posts for power distribution from the local grid.

But guests have to pay some fees (like entrance fees and nipa hut use, etc.) while residents are almost free to use the facilities (except for some exceptions).
